There are three payments to be made at Purax
Registration (currently offering a 100% opening discount): $5,999 DOP
Membership: $1,099 DOP Plus plan or $1,599 DOP Premium plan
Uninstallation (if you cancel the service): $2,000 DOP
How long does the installation take?
The installation takes an average of one hour.
How can I ensure the quality of the water of my home/business?
Our equipment is NSF-certified. Our monitoring staff reviews the drinking water quality parameters issued by the CAASD monthly. Additionally, we perform additional measurements at the time of installation to ensure you receive the highest quality purified water.
What are the requirements to be part of the Purax community?

How much will I spend on water and electricity with a Purax filter?
The electricity and water costs will be practically the same, since the unit consumes less electricity than a light bulb. The same goes for water.
What happens if I want to cancel my service?
That would make us very sad :(. However, there's no mandatory deadline. You can cancel your membership whenever you want, as long as you respect the monthly cutoff date.


What's the difference between this water and bottled water?
Purax water is filtered just before you consume it and isn't stored in plastic bottles that can harm the environment and your health. It's the exact same system used by large water purification companies.
How much water can I consume per month?
The consumption limit is equivalent to 400 liters of water per month.
What happens if I recommend the service to family and friends?
At Purax, we appreciate that you enjoy our service enough to recommend it. For this reason, you can earn up to 4 months of free purified water.

Have a sink with available space below where the equipment will be located.
Purified water will flow through a faucet located at the top of the sink. To install this faucet, our technician will drill a hole the diameter of a pencil.
